Simulation tool development for RSSI level mapping in real time 3D Elevation model of any area. This RSSI pattern is used then to compare CDMA cell coverage and determine best and optimum position of addition of new cell. The research and developement was done for Nepal Telecom, a Nepal based Telecom Service Provider. The tool is developed using Matlab.
